The XMKiDS Traveling Roadshow will kick-off on XMKiDS (XM 116), XM's
award-winning children's channel, Monday, May 12 from Orange County, Calif.
The entire XMKiDS on-air team -- including "Absolutely Mindy," Kenny
Curtis, Jinx, and Robbie Schaefer -- will broadcast from Children's Miracle
Network hospitals nationwide for two weeks before concluding with a live
broadcast from Children's National Medical Center in Washington, D.C.,
Friday, May 23, and a free concert on the National Mall in Washington,
D.C., Saturday, May 24.

In addition to upbeat, family-friendly music mix, the Roadshow
broadcasts will also feature exclusive interviews with the kids, families
and hospital staff whose lives have been impacted by their Children's
Miracle Network hospital. XMKiDS fans can follow video footage from every
stop on the tour and make donations to Children's Miracle Network by
visiting http://www.xmradio.com/roadshow or by purchasing a Miracle Balloon
at a Wal-Mart or Sam's Club in their area.

"After the success of last year's XMKiDS Roadshow, Children's Miracle
Network was excited to work with the incredible talent and staff of XM on
another cross-country tour," said Jim Hall, president and CEO of Children's
Miracle Network. "No doubt the incredibly powerful stories at these
children's hospitals will help XM, Children's Miracle Network and Wal-Mart
raise $10 million in May."

The XMKiDS Traveling Roadshow will conclude with a free concert
broadcast live from The Sylvan Theater on the National Mall in Washington,
D.C., Saturday, May 24 from 12-3 pm ET. The concert will feature some of
the nation's premier recording artists for young people, including Lisa
Loeb, Meredith Brooks, The Jimmies and Rhythm Child.

"XM is proud to partner with Children's Miracle Network, Wal-Mart and
Sam's Club to bring the XMKiDS Traveling Road Show to kids in children's
hospitals around the country," said Jon Zellner, senior vice president for
music programming, XM. "This tour will create a fun, lively and interactive
experience to encourage kids to help other kids within their communities.
The funds we raise for Children's Miracle Network have the potential to
make a positive impact on children in communities across the country. Last
year, XM and Wal-Mart raised over $10 million dollars for Children's
Miracle Network hospitals. This year we plan to exceed that goal and we
encourage everyone in the XM Nation to buy a Miracle Balloon at Wal-Mart or
Sam's Club during the month of May."
